You will be paid $20/hr for the 40 hour Underground Mining Class! Spots are limited, interviews begin August 1st! Full-time underground mining position begins immediately following successful completion of the class.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
Must complete the MSHA 40 Miner Class class 6am-4pm August 28-31, and pass test on September 1.
Must have ability to follow instructions and learn safe underground mining practices.
Must be physically able to work as an underground coal miner.
Must have reliable transportation.
Class paid at $20 an hour after you pass the MSHA test and start working underground.
(Results will be available immediately following test) Required to purchase before test:
Reflective clothing, MSHA approved Miner Hat, Miner Belt, and Metatarsal Steel Toe Boots.
After Training, Schedule will consist of :
Swing Shift from one week of 1st shift (6am-2pm) and one week of 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) Monday - Friday and occasionally on Saturday Any hours over 40 are OT and paid at time and a half $4/hour raise after 45 days!!!!! Benefits Offered:
